before you start
- a pack-a-punched weapononly for the first shot. the three items after it can be shot with anything
the steps
stand outside the Teleporter A building, on the right of spawn as you face pack-a-punch, and look down the alley at the control panel in the window in the distance. shoot it with a pack-a-punched weapon.
objects fly out in a ring and scatter. this is the same trap in the same alley as the one on Der Riese, and the only differences are the three places things land and who talks to you.
a Cymbal Monkey, in the far right corner of an incinerator under Teleporter A. shoot it.
the three places never change, unlike almost everything else on these maps, and both sources give the same three. order does not matter.
look right from the power switch towards the balconies. a teddy bear is on the top of the tallest one.
a teddy bear sitting in a well full of water beside Teleporter B, the one on the left as you walk into the room.
with all three shot, Maxis says the beacon is lit and that sooner or later he will find you.
go to the furnace in the room below Teleporter B, left of spawn as you face pack-a-punch, and pick up the
Annihilator.it is a revolver that kills everything in front of it, anybody can carry it, and this map hands it to you for about five minutes of work.
tipone source calls that room the automobile garage and the other just says the furnace. it is the same furnace either way, and it is the only one down there.
