About This Calendar
This liturgical calendar follows the Revised Common Lectionary (RCL), a three-year cycle of scripture readings used by many Christian denominations worldwide.
The calendar includes major liturgical seasons (Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, Lent, Easter, Pentecost, and Ordinary Time) as well as Lesser Feasts and Fasts from the Episcopal Church calendar.
Each liturgical year follows one of three cycles (A, B, or C), rotating annually to ensure comprehensive coverage of scripture over three years.
