the steps
there are exploding red barrels outside, visible through the barriers across the map. shoot three of them.
all three can be hit from the starting room, so this is doable in the first thirty seconds of a game, before you have opened anything or spent anything.

Undone, by Kevin Sherwood. it is an instrumental, mostly one electric guitar, and it runs about four minutes.tipthe barrels do not have to be destroyed, only damaged. a couple of rounds into each is enough, which matters when you are doing this with a starting pistol.
