before you start

the steps

flush the leftmost toilet three times
the toilets on the German sideanyone
go to the toilets on the German side, the room with the STG-44 and the M1897 Trench Gun, and hold use on the leftmost toilet three times.
a cash register sound plays after the third flush and the song starts shortly after. that is the entire easter egg.
you only get this wrong once
the two sources do not agree about which toilet. the song's own page says the leftmost one; the easter egg list says any of them. the leftmost is the more specific claim and it is the one to try first, but if three flushes there do nothing, the others cost nothing to try.

once per game, like every song on every map. a fourth flush does nothing.
