   one of the first rooms has a dentist's chair in the middle of it. look at the wheel on the base of the chair and hold use.

   a dentist's tool starts running and a man starts screaming. that is all of it: nothing drops, nothing opens, and it does not count towards anything.

   you only get this wrong once

   this has one source. the wiki's easter egg list has it and the map's own page does not, so the room, the chair and the wheel are all one page's word. it costs nothing to try, which is the only reason it is written up that way.
