a picture of a skull flashes up on your screen with a scream over it. that is the whole thing: nothing drops, nothing unlocks, and it does not stop you doing it again.
tipthe two sources describe the same scare from different places. the map page says only that you scope the burning church; the easter egg list says to stand at the pack-a-punch machine and scope the top left of the church. that is the exact spot if the general one is not landing.
