order does not matter for any of the three.
inside the giant robot Freya, opposite the audio log. that is the same room the Little Lost Girl staffs get loaded into, so it is a stop most groups make anyway.
you only get this wrong onceyou are inside a robot on a timer. it puts you out where it likes, so take the radio before anything else you came up here to do.
